BEFORE CALLING SERVICE MAN

if you cancel your order before talking with our service man than it can be canceled which is possible through contaction only admin.(it is because with out the conformation from customers no any service man will take action towards orders)

AFTER CALLING SERVICE MAN

(here are some situation when the order can be canceled and can't be canceled)

If he is in the way to your home you will be able to cancel the order by contacting the admin or the service man.

If he reached the destination that you have provided than at that time order will be canceled but you need to pay cancellation charge to the service man.(travelling expense)
